Check-in & Check-out

Guests must check-in and check-out by the times stated below: Check-in from: 15:00pm. There is a possibility of self check-in for late arrivals. Check-out by: 11:00am on day of departure.

Cancellation, Returned Deposit & Non-Arrival Conditions

Cancellation can be done up to 5 days before the check-in date. UBA will reimburse the room price minus the payment fees (1% to 3%). In case of no-show or cancellation within 5 days prior to the check-in date, the property reserves the right to charge the total amount of the stay.

Children and extra beds

The accommodation of children is allowed, as long as they are accompanied by an adult. The maximum capacity of each accommodation unit is 2 people, so only 1 child and 1 adult can be accommodated in an accommodation unit.

Pets

Pets are not accepted throughout the accommodation.

Stay in accomodation

Only the people indicated in the reservation will be entitled to use the reserved suite.

Payments

You can pay for you reservation using Credit Card. Uba Heritage and Wine reserves the right to pre-authorize the amount of the stay in advance on the Credit Card.
